Description:
Described by director
and narrator Abdel Salam Shehada as a “mixture of colours
of destroyed homes, sabotaged streets and displaced people,” this
personally driven documentary evidences the killing and structural
devastation in the southern Gaza city of Rafah, subsequent
to Israel’s “Operation Rainbow” in May,
2004, while simultaneously substantiating how Shehada’s
cinematic process reveals itself as an artistic means of
confronting the warfare of occupation.
