the life of a 17-year-old Palestinian woman who awakens one morning
to an ultimatum delivered by her father: either choose a husband
from a pre-selected list of eligible men, or join her father in
Egypt and continue her college education. Rana, however, envisions
another option: to marry her boyfriend Khalil, a Ramallah-based
theatre director. With only ten hours to find Khalil, Rana finds
herself frustrated at every turn by the obstacles and horrors of
the Israeli occupation.
