A story of crossed destinies, The Bombing documents the aftermath of a 1997 suicide-bomb attack on Ben Yahuda Street in crowded central Jerusalem, and includes interviews with the families of the young bombers, as well as their teenage victims, and captures on film their ensuing meeting. The film shows how the lives of bombers and victims intersected, and how, from the depths of their family members’ sorrows, comes an irrefutable will to make peace and forgive.
